She's Gone Out of My Life... Oh, She's Gone

Happy Weekend to you all! The Mouthy Renegade Writer is back with today’s new podcast episode. It’s been a hectic Friday so far, but I’m confident that I can turn things around. Despite my Bride leaving me.Ok, not to be all dramatic, but she’s gone. Just temporarily. She and her sister just left on a road trip to a destination four hours away. They’ll be back on Sunday evening. Things will be fine.I could have tagged along, but Libby the Mooch gets sad when family members are on vacation or short trips. In fact, she’s sitting off to the side of the bed. Mai’s side. With her little face buried in her pillows. See?I get it, Mooch. Daddy is pretty sad when Ma-Ma is gone, too. But it’s good for us to spend a little time apart sometimes. It makes us miss each other, and happy when we return. Plus, I’m glad that they get some sister time together. And that they get to visit their friends.Me? I’ll be fine. The new Happy Gilmore sequel drops today. Between that, a little vino, a fridge full of food, and some Substack business to handle, I’ll keep busy. I’m happy to be home with Mooch and the kids, and it’s always wonderful to have you guys to keep me company. I’m never alone with the Mouthy Militia here.Thank you for lending me your ears today.
