Jackson rep. and former Democrat (now independent) legislature Shonda Yates has really stood out of above the pack to me the last few years since leaving the Democrat party. I think she has potential to do much bigger things politically if she chooses to, listen my argument for why I think she has what it takes to potentially become Mississippi's first female Governor.
