How do I deal with failure in 20s?I couldn't clear IIT, BITS AND IIT Jam for Msc.I feel like a failure. I was in the military. All the coolest girls were looking at me. Suddenly, everything changed. I lost everything and entered into deep depression. Along the way I learned I had Asperger.This changed everything for me. I couldn’t accept that I was different than others. I kept looking and searching to understand who I am. I entered into a deep depression for 3 years and I even thought multiple times about killing myself.At that time, I thought that was the worst thing that could happen to me. I didn’t understand why I was living this. I looked around me and I saw my friends who had this normal life. I just wished I could be like them.4 years later, last month. I received an invitation for the best program in my country at the top university. It’s MD-MBA dual program. I would have never imagined this was possible. Now I would go through everything I have been again. Because I understand.To be honest with you, I think it’s a great thing that you experienced failure this early. I believe that those who have difficult experiences have greater destiny. The problem is that most of these people quit.A quote from Thomas Eddison made an impact on me. He said something like most people who abandoned did not realized how close they were to success when they have done it. It made me reflected on my life. And I kept going until I would find the solution.I’m sorry, I don’t have a solution for you. Maybe this is what you wish when asking this question. The only thing I can tell you is this. Failure is not a bad thing. If you can learn from it and use it wisely. You’ll only become a greater person afterwards. Look what I’m doing now, I’m helping you. That wouldn’t be possible if I didn’t experience failure too.
