时事经纬(2024年6月25日) 1 台湾总统赖清德星期一(6月24日)表示，“民主不是犯罪，专制才是罪恶”，并指出中国无权制裁台湾人民。赖清德此番言论是回应中国国安部等五部委上周五(6月21日)发布的《关于依法惩治“台独”顽固分子分裂国家、煽动分裂国家犯罪的意见》。中国威胁“惩治台独顽固分子”，而且强调犯行重者依法可处死刑。 2 菲律宾国防部长吉尔伯托·特奥多罗（Gilberto Teodoro）表示，中国上周在南中国海使用“侵略性及非法武力”阻挠菲律宾的补给使命，而这次造成至少一位菲律宾水手受伤的海上事件，既不是一次误解也不是一次事故。
