Shibiri faces questions at Madlanga

Suspended SAPS Organized Crime boss Maj Gen Richard Shibiri appeared before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry today. Shibiri testified about his relationship with Cat Matlala and his work as the head of the Organized Crime unit, including some allegations made by Lt Gen Mkhwanazi.
