A lifelong Oregon resident and former Army combat medic with eight years of service, Brian has spent much of his life serving others. Now, at 52 years old, he courageously shares his journey with PTSD—a reality he once thought could never happen to him. As a vocal advocate for mental health within the first responder community, Brian opens up about his struggles, resilience, and commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental well-being.
