Link to video:https://youtu.be/qusC8wiNWIE?si=bWJYD_HPnCpmsKbM I was apprehensive to post this video because of how much I ended up crying. As if this is abnormal behavior. It is not, it is GOOD to cry about stuff that is difficult to deal with in life. I'm a very stable person and have my life together, not saying this to prove anything just for the sake that being human is a beautiful thing to experience and crying is necessary for the difficult things. This is how I deal with a lot of my pain by crying and talking about it.There is a quote by Carl Young about problems that make a lot of sense to me:“The greatest and most important problems of life are all fundamentally insoluble. They can never be solved but only outgrown.”I say in here majority of my time is spent alone. It is and there are so many opportunities for me to focus on the present moment, so many things to be grateful for, I can do so many things to raise my vibration and instead of focusing on negative self talk about myself and others and stories.I feel like I've been doing my life so wrong for so long, and now I am focusing on shifting it.So many of us our operating from a wounded heart, I am not the only one. We collectively feel pain and have the ability to raise our vibration to improve our lives. Many times throughout the day, I ask God "how can I organize my mind in a way that serves me and help more people too at the same time?"The book I mentioned is called "You Can Get There From Here" by Shirley MacLain.Link to video:https://youtu.be/qusC8wiNWIE?si=bWJYD_HPnCpmsKbM

AI Erik's Podcast Audio Erik Conn The AI News Podcast where we talk AI. NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next.
