And, often times we can get stuck in the mentality of "I think". But what would happen if you quieted the outside noise and took time for introspection. What would happen if you allowed yourself to feel? Stacey shares some powerful experiences of the last couple of years. She has experienced some major shifts and she shares some insight into how she has worked through feeling and making heart centered decisions. Nimesh shares how shifting from I think to I feel had a profound impact on his life and explains the various ways we can get still, quiet the noise in order to be more present and heart centered. Whether it's time out in nature for a walk, some journaling time or some other way of getting quiet with your thoughts, there are many avenues to becoming more heart centered. What would it look like for you to feel your way through your decisions rather than to mentally try to solve the issues in your life? Stop for a second and really ask yourself when you are making a decision what is your first instinct? Do you go to a place of I think or I feel? Understanding how you make your current decisions provides great insight into where you are right now.
