Shifting the Foundations Within

from LISTEN · host Hannah

In this episode, I explore the Karpman Drama Triangle through a different lens - reflecting on this well know relationship model, not with others but rather how it forms the foundation of the relationship with ourselves. Many of us are familiar enough with the roles of the Victim, Rescuer and Persecutor in our interactions with others, but what happens when we begin to notice these roles within ourselves as a form of resistance to vulnerability? Together, we’ll explore how we can become our own harshest critic, how “fixing it” can become another form of avoidance and how old patterns can keep us stuck in our own suffering. More importantly, we’ll explore the shift into Vulnerability, Self-nurture and Self-Challenger. How this foundational shift can transform our relationship with ourselves and everything around us. This is an invitation to LISTEN more deeply to the parts of you asking for attention, healing and change.
