However, the former D1 student-athlete at Providence College vowed his diagnosis would not end his senior season early. Episode 003 shares Joe's story of his diagnosis, how he continued to finish his athletic career strong despite this disease, and his senior day wish to fundraise for a world without Type 1 Diabetes, which raised over $10,000.
