Laura has mastered martial arts, thai boxing, and jujitsu. Working locally out of Somerset County, NJ, Laura is on a mission to create awareness around teens in our community regarding self defense, anxiety, and stress release, and she does so through teaching health and fitness within martial arts.  Laura talks about her upbringing, how she got into this world, and how she wants to have a positive impact on teens in our area though HeadStrongTeens.org.
