Dr. Kevin Pecca has the honor of being the first chiropractor on The Stay Healthy New Jersey Podcast. Kevin practices the Blair Upper Cervical technique that focuses on upper neck alignment and health. Kevin shares his remarkable story with Justin as to how he discovered this specialty. He suffered 6 concussions playing ice hockey, leaving him with an array of symptoms such as headaches, blurred vision, dizziness, brain fog, lightheadedness, anxiety, depression, hand tremors, and knee pain. These problems lasted four years and became so debilitating he contemplated ending his own life. Through a referral from a friend, he discovered the technique that would ultimately save his life.
