SHNJ 052: Pip & Tracey Piparo — A Firefighter And Hospitalist During COVID

from Stay Healthy New Jersey · host strive2move

Pip and Tracey have seen this pandemic from all angles: frontline workers, spouses, and parents.    Coming back on the SHNJ podcast for the second time, Pip and Tracey share their experiences and thoughts on the COVID-19 Pandemic. Pip is a lieutenant for the city of New Brunswick Fire Department, and Tracey is a physician assistant currently working for a private internal medicine group, rounding at two hospitals in New Jersey.   On top of their careers, they are the parents of two boys who like most other children, switched to online school in March.   Pip and Tracey share in detail the changes and precautions they've seen put in place at work, and how they worked to keep their family safe and together during this difficult time.
