Idea: Shock collars or "shock ankle bracelets" for unruly children, comedians who're bombing on stage, or people who're trying to quit smoking. Also, if in public, is it more humane (or less in-humane) to discretely shock someone's ankle or visibly spray them in the face with a spray bottle?
