Shooting at Same House Twice | Jacksonville News

A deadly quadruple shooting in Jacksonville has left one woman dead and three others injured—just days after police responded to a similar fatal incident at the same house. The July 27th attack occurred at a residence where authorities have been called seven times this year for everything from abandoned cars to a suicide attempt. The victim, 57-year-old Christine Diane Dixon, was reportedly happy and settled into her new home—making her presence there puzzling to loved ones. Investigators are now racing to connect this tragedy to the April 22nd shooting, where suspect Robert Marion Phillips was killed by police after firing at officers. With no motive yet revealed and a history of escalating violence at this single address, law enforcement is sounding the alarm on a location that’s become a hotspot for chaos.
