Shopify Shareholders Approve to Protect CEO Voting Power

Shopify Inc shareholders narrowly accredited a degree to defend the vote casting energy of co-founder and Chief Executive Tobi Lütke.  About 54% of shareholders on Tuesday voted in prefer of granting Mr.  Lütke a brand new so-known as founder proportion that, on the pinnacle  of his current supervoting Class B shares, increases his vote casting strength to 40% from 34%.
