Shopping Malls, Drug Hauls

Shopping malls are not something that we think of when we think of drug stores. So why are drug stores popping up in malls? Malls are inconspicuous when it comes to drugs thus they attract parolees and teenagers. When questioned on my they were at the mall, the teens and parolees can simply say “I was needing new clothes.” The Tall Cop explains how to identify the wrong stores and the best time to find products at shopping malls.
