Short Circuit (1986) vs Short Circuit 2 (1988)

JOHNNY 5 IS ALIVE!!!In 1986 a family friendly sci fi adventure movie hit cinemas and took the world by storm. Johnny 5 was everywhere and in 1988 a sequel soon followed. This movie failed at the box office and was the last we saw of the likable robot. Both movies were shown on tv over and over in the 90s and became fan favourites although are not talked about much today. In this episode, joined by my special guest Ian Pointer, we revisit both movies, compare them and see how they hold up.
