Short Sale "No-No's"

Due to the pandemic, short sales are about to become a reality for a great number of people (as well as foreclosures) as the moratoriums come to an end. In this conversation, Al and Monique are discussing some things that homeowners need to lookout for if they find themselves in a situation where they are behind on their monthly mortgage payments and instead of take the blow of a foreclosure, they decide to negotiate a short sale with their bank. This includes what to do if you are granted a short sale agreement with your lender and later on you are faced with a hefty deficiency judgment and things to be aware prior to it getting this far.
