The crew checks in with what's good in their section of the world.  Vin is celebrating his 46th, Alaric is on his way to Indonesia and Mack's weight loss journey is showing the fruits of his labor.  Mack shares a truth of how weight loss makes you look at the world differently and how people look and treat you differently. Weight loss is more than dieting it is definitely a mental and lifestyle change. This Week in Racism introduces us to a police officer manhandling a special needs child in a school.  Of course we know the young child was black and the cop was white. Where is the compassion and training to help him deal with this situation? We switch gears and discuss the thin line between brilliance and crazy. Is Kanye a genius or is he really suffering from a mental illness? This week's libation is Rowan’s Creek.  It's a very good bourbon whiskey that goes down smooth.  And, for Douchebag of the Week Award, it's a two-way tie going to Donald Trump for getting booed at the baseball game and Mitch McConnell getting snubbed at Elijah Cummings funeral. We end the show on one of our favorite topics: SEX  and have you ever had bad sex and what makes it bad.  We can all agree laying there, like a dead fish is never a good look.
