Outside of our trips through the SATURDAY NIGHT catalog we stop to cover THE MAIN EVENT II (FEBRUARY 3, 1989) where we watch The Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan & Macho Man Randy Savage) take on the devastating duo known as The Twin Towers (Akeem & Big Boss Man) and this is the final straw for the tandem of SAVAGE and HOGAN. JEALOUSY, INSECURITY and eventual HATRED cause them to implode. But who is in the wrong? Is Macho actually the heel here?? We finish out trip at SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT XX (MARCH 11, 1989) from Hersey, PA in Hersheypark Arena headlined by Hulk Hogan (w/Miss Elizabeth) taking on Bad News Brown ! We chat about all the usual WWF happenings like titles changes, new debuts and just the importance of this working relationship with NBC & WWF.
