Shough Shines with 410-Yard Game | New Orleans Saints News

Tyler Shough just rewrote the Saints’ record books with a career-high 410 passing yards — only the third QB in franchise history to reach that mark — and shattered his own club record by throwing 325 yards in the second half and overtime, tying for 17th in NFL history. Despite the one-point loss to Detroit, Shough’s performance was electric, even if he admits he needs to fix his first-half struggles — two interceptions and a fumble gave Detroit the early edge. His teammate Chris Olave called him a winner, and coach Kellen Moore praised the team’s grit. While there’s work to do on consistency, this breakout game proves Shough has the potential to be New Orleans’ quarterback of the future.
