Should Catcher in the Rye be Banned? (Episode #120 1 Mar. 2023)

At 48, I have finally read the book Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger.   For whatever reason, it did not make it into my high school reading list and so I finally have remedied that. In this episode, I address whether it should be banned from high school and college reading list.   I cover the book, pain, offer a word, and an excellent journal article. Loved doing this episode!!
