Thousands of people packed Granville Street during the FIFA World Cup, turning it into a lively pedestrian zone filled with patios, live entertainment and foot traffic. Should this become a regular thing? Home sales were up nearly 10 per cent in June compared to a year ago, suggesting more buyers are stepping off the sidelines.
