This episode includes two stories about a time someone acted on impulse, thought they were making the right choice, only to regret that decision later. The first story by Lisa Langevin is about how heartache and seeking a new direction in life can leave you unprepared to fully assess your surroundings. It’s a misjudgment you feel both physically and emotionally. This story was told at the March 2020 show, Denial.
