I am going to cry,clean my tears and get back to work—Joshiee 2023💙. Maybe the pictorial representation of crying we have is the wrong one.Crying is healthy and necessary at its due time.I personally think it is one of the best restarting and replenishing method.If you have used exercise to let go of emotions or stress then you should try crying.I said crying though not wailing 🌚.Putting aside all its numerous health benefits,there is this immediate tranquility that comes with it.My word for you today;Cry and create a safe space for people to cry.
