A framework. Like the plans to the Death Star. In this video, I’m going to give you those plans. Trust me, after listening to this one, sculpting a badass body will feel easier than shooting Womp Rats in your T-16 back home. Now, these guidelines aren’t just something I threw together in 5 minutes. Oh no. I love you too much to give you some half assed lame effort. This is the EXACT process I use with all my clients. And it's how I determine if it’s first stop fat loss or all aboard the gain train (woo woo).
