Should I Stay Or Should I Go (To The Darkside...)

All of us have, at some point, considered what a jump to the vendor side of the desk would be like.  Is there a better work/life balance?  Is the salary better?  Would you still get a sense of fulfillment from your work?  How stressful are sales goals relative to enrollment goals?  Can I work from home?  Would there be fewer meetings than in an on-campus job? We're breaking the mold again this week with two guests who have leaped - from a campus to a private company.  This week, we'll better understand their stories, the transition, and if they'd ever cross back over to a college campus. Erin Stine, Strategic Partnerships Manager at Motimatic in New York, New York, talks about how and why she leaped. Josh Bistromowitz, Enrollment Management and Marketing Consultant at Media Cross in Saint Louis, Missouri, offers his own take on the experience.
