Should Promotions Start Allowing Live Crowds at Shows Again?| Breaking Stereotypes in the Wrestling World| The WrestleCast with Shozy

from The WrestleCast with Shozy · host Shoumik Banerjee

In this episode, I spoke with Kim Artlip, owner and promotor of IGNITE Wrestling in Florida. We had a chat about how IGNITE came to life and how it becoming a much bigger part of the indies with its current roster and shows it was putting up. Kim has worked with the likes of current WWE Superstars Lince Dorado, Santana Garrett, Kayden (FKA Lacey Lane), Danny Burch, AEW Superstar Serpentico, and former Smackdown GM Teddy Long.   The pandemic has set a lot of wrestling promotions back by miles but, as everything starts to re-open again a new normal has come into play with socially distanced shows with masks. This is exactly what IGNITE will be doing when they return in January with their 5-year anniversary show which Kim explained in more detail. We also spoke about if it is a good idea to start having limited live crowds at shows and what challenges Kim faced as a woman entering the wrestling business. Kim has made it her goal to keep the fans wanting more and pushing the women's division by creating a Women's Tag Team Division which is not seen much throughout the indies.   Follow The WrestleCast with Shozy on Instagram (@thewrestlegram), Twitter (@RealWrestleDude) & subscribe on YouTube (The Wrestling Dude) Find out more about Kim and IGNITE by following @IgniteWrestling on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Snapchat.    #WWE #AEW #ProWrestling #ProWrestlingPodacst #ProWrestlingNews
