from Query & Company · host 93.5 & 107.5 The Fan

(00:00-26:26) – Query & Company opens on a Monday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison welcoming Jimmy Cook back after a day off celebrating another Kansas City Chiefs AFC Championship. They get into a debate as to whether a couple of decisions by officials impacted the game. Also, they discuss the Colts lack of speed compared to the playoff teams. (26:26-37:22) – With Indiana and Purdue set to play on Friday night, Jake and Jimmy have a conversation about both programs and its fan base. Jake has a sense of belief that the fan base is disconnected from the players and program because of the lack of success. (37:22-46:35) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Jimmy having a different conversation about Mike Woodson. They go back to Woodson’s playing days at Indiana because his memories as a player are going to be forgotten about because of his failures as a coach. (46:35-1:12:10) – Stephen Holder from ESPN.com joins Query & Company to explain some of the changes that will be noticed defensively for the Indianapolis Colts, identifies the defensive back room as the room that will have the biggest adjustment to Lou Anarumo’s defense, and provides a more information on how Chris Hess is going to help Anthony Richardson this offseason improve as a quarterback. (1:12:10-1:25:08) – At the end of their conversation with Stephen Holder, Jake asked him to provide three players from the Eagles and Chiefs that first come to mind. Jake, Jimmy, Eddie, and Stephen share which players first come to mind with each franchise. (1:25:08-1:39:02) – Hour number two concludes with Jimmy asking Jake and Eddie their opinions on the Pacers splitting the two games in Paris against the Spurs. It leads to a conversation about the future of Myles Turner. (1:39:02-2:04:30) – Scott Agness from Fieldhouse Files joins Jake Query and Jimmy Cook to weigh in on the Myles Turner conversation from the previous segment. Scott doesn’t envision Indiana trading Turner because of the message it would send to the team. Also, Scott discusses the future of the NBA creating a Euro League and reiterates that a consolidation trade for the Pacers makes the most sense for the team right now. (2:04:30-2:14:25) – Jake explains to Jimmy and Eddie why he was so interested in visiting Jim Morrison’s grave. It leads to Jimmy agreeing with Jake that it wasn’t weird for wanting to attend his burial site as soon as he could when he visited Paris. (2:14:25-2:24:20) – Today’s show ends with the JCook Plays of the Day and Jake adding another thing that he will institute when he becomes mayor of Indianapolis.Support the show: https://1075thefan.com/query-and-company/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
