In an essay in the March issue of The Atlantic, Yoni Appelbaum makes the case that Congress should impeach Mr. Trump. Appelbaum is a historian and a senior editor at The Atlantic, where he oversees the Ideas section. His March cover story in The Atlantic is called: “The Case for Impeachment.” He joins us on the line from the offices of The Atlantic in Washington, DC.Yascha Mounk is a scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and the Agora Institute.
