Should The SIAC & CIAA Bring Back The Pioneer Bowl To Crown A D2 HBCU Champion?

In the SIAC Twitter Spaces hosted by @D2HBCUFootball in conjunction with HBCU Pulse, a conversation about if the CIAA & SIAC should bring back the Pioneer Bowl is had after an epic 2022 Celebration Bowl between North Carolina Central & Jackson State. The Pioneer Bowl was a bowl game started in 1997 that pitted the SIAC Champion against the CIAA champion to determine a D2 National Champion. In some years where the champions earned an spot in the Division II National Playoffs, the runners up in both conferences would face off and vice versa.
