Should You Bother Trying Veganism: One Week of Plant-Based Living

from Should I Bother?

Right, so we’re all for saving the world and everything. Looking up vegan recipes isn’t too difficult and vegan restaurants are very easy to find these days. But..Giving up bacon, chocolate and butter. Or trading in the real thing for vegan pizza or vegan burgers. Wouldn’t you rather just watch the world burn?!In this episode, we discuss the reasons why you should try veganism (in case your vegan friend hasn’t drilled you on this already), mention some of the surprising foods vegans can’t eat (white sugar??? What?!) and play our routine loosely related game of the week, before talking about our experience of actually trying to be a vegan for a week. The goal, as always - to help you decide if you should bother trying it too. P.S. If you consider yourself a “bonafide meathead”, consider calling yourself something else. Because Meathead is just a ridiculous phrase to say out loud. Liked this episode or have a suggestion for something we should bother doing? We’d love your review! Want to get in contact?
