Master Gil is the Chief Instructor of Black Dragon Martial Arts & Fitness Ltd. in Red Deer and Jay's 1st martial arts instructor. This is the 1st time Jay has had the opportunity to sit down and talk his history and Canadian/North American Martial Arts history with Sensei Gil in 20 years! so their was lots to talk about including Bruce Lee, The 1st female black belt in Canada, the COUNTLESS combat sports trainers Sensei Gil has worked with and the incredible stories of his martial arts path and who he learned under.
