TJ has worked with the some the top fighters on the planet (Nico Carrillo and Jake Peacock to name a few) make sure they beat the 1st fight (scale) not just but lbs, but how to do it optimally for combat. We discuss how he juggles so many clients world wide, how to prepare yourself before the weight cut starts, and how close to fight time he is still involved with food and hydration.This is definitely not a field of the fight world I have insight on, but theirs no fight if you can't make weight and we all know how important a proper weight cut means in todays fight world - so I was happy to have TJ on and dive into the fight beyond the punch and kick.
