Coach Kieran has been around the world promoting, fighting and coaching so I also wanted to take the opportunity for myself (and by many requests) to have a chat with him about his coaching style and philosophy, the coaches who made the biggest impact on him and what he's looking for in a young, hungry student looking to enter the fight game.
