Shout Out Fight Podcast #19 - "Three's Company!"

Jay, Chris are back in the studio (my house today...) with Friend of the show and Arashi-Do Martial Arts Chief instructor - Kyoshi Mike! of course we talk about the OneFC kickboxing semi final brackets as well as some good MMA dust ups on the card, we also go over UFC 270 Gagne/Ngannou  and Moreno/Figueiredo fights and what we think is next for these men. AND FOR THE 1ST TIME, we have a good, long and interesting chat about grappling! Jay and Chris know nothing about grappling (pretty much...) so it was cool to listen and ask questions to Mike, it was a fun one!
