Shout Out Fight Podcast #36 - "fightin' to farmin' with Peter Arbeau"

YES - it's Poddy time! and this was one of the better episodes we have done up to this point, Chris even said "favorite episode to date". We have LET'S GO Peter Arbeau in the studio (those all rhymed..) and right away, Jay wants to know about Arbeau Acres - Peter's farm, and to be honest it was the perfect way to start because it really let you into the mindset, thought process and personality behind the fighter turned farmer almost out of the blue. We get to talk about Peter stepping away from fighting and re finding the fire including his hard fought contest on the Muay Thai World Cup 5 as well as doing deep into life after fighting WHICH I FEEL MOST DON'T FIGHTERS DON'T THINK ABOUT OR DON'T WANT TO THINK ABOUT which is so, so important and Peter had such good insight into this! we have "known" Peter for years, but this was out 1st opportunity to sit down and have a real chat. Chris and I enjoyed talking shop with Peter and going down memory lane a bit, I can guarantee we will have him in again - SHOUT OUT TO YOU PETER! Of course we have our student SHOUT OUT and rapid SO's as always. Enjoy!
