Today I got to sit and chat with Western Canadian Martial Arts pioneer, Mr. Lyle Cheney! I have known and followed Sensei Lyle for 30 years in Martial Arts from classes to fighting on his events to sitting beside him as a commentator as he's an official judge in the recent - a lot of my Martial Arts history is intertwined with Sensei Lyle. So today I got to turn back the clock and ask all those questions I've has since I was 12 years old, and talk old skool Martial Arts! SHOUT OUT TO YOU SENSEI LYLE!!
