This is the initial show for my Podcast Sound Threads. Its a short one at only three and a half minutes long, but since Sound Threads is unique from other shows, I thought it required an introduction.  Each week, Sound Threads will look at music from three angles. First, I'll look at the larger picture such as music's very earliest beginnings. I'll cover some great artists and songwriting, and later in on, I'll take a look in depth at the music industry of today. In the second part of the show, I'll play one of my acoustic country songs. And thirdly each show will follow a story about a musician as he rises from obscurity, and gains fame and fortune.
