What's better than painting a masterpiece without even trying?!! When we sit quietly, breathe, and allow ourselves to connect to the divine energy and set an intention to receive guidance, there's usually a message there for us. INTUITIVE ART isn't only fun, but it can be enlightening! When we let go of control and judgement and agree to not be attached to the outcome, then Spirit can come in and move through us revealing something we need to know. And yes, sometimes it can be pleasantly surprising..... In Mayume n' Manjeet's latest LUSC-ious Event, they guided the group of women in a breath work and an easy Straw Painting Exercise that revealed some very cool messages for the ladies.
