I'm still okay even if you think that What I want to do is horrible and bad Self-worth says I am okay because I have value in myself Ego sometimes can be tainted with falsehoods of how I want to picture myself how I want the world to view me So when my ego is really engaged then I actually get more buttered at rejection But when my self-worth is engaged I can actually just accept that I'm a human and you're a human and you don't have to you don't have to like me And so if you say hey, no or you say hey fuck off or you're fucking dick doesn't work or whatever horrible evil thing that you can think of to say If my self-worth is there I'm not afraid of hearing your rejection It doesn't bother me because I know that's about you So it's been a big growth to get to that point But now I can ask anyone out and sometimes they look at me like I'm a fucking 88 or old or whatever And sometimes they ask people out, huh?
Well, yeah, if I'm in the lobby I ask them to jail cell or the red rooms I mean that's a date. There's a travel we go. And the way I'm gonna get to bond my tree I think what I try to point out with that there has been some growth is there there is a point when you have those moments of self-hatred and whatever Even if you've had any growth it's some growth even if you can look back on your life and say I'm still not I don't follow all the same behaviors and you just recently had something go on where you had something where you were beating yourself up about and saying that it wasn't growth but then you reacted by having growth by doing the right thing and And following forth with that So I think one of the things that people don't do is they don't take time and celebrate The growth that they have made because they have this ego expectation in their head of what they're supposed to see instead of just relying on the actual Self-worth which is today I feed myself today. I closed myself Today I can have a conversation with people and because we all know we're a shittiest critics and all I know Kathy is I've known you for like what six eight years now and and the growth that I have seen is far superior than anything You're willing to admit I really yeah, you're it's your perspective not not mine at all I can only go by what's in my own head so all I can say is It is insanely hard to do it's I understand the celebrating what my Successes have been but it's hard to partly that into daily self-esteem It really is that's the celebration that you have and then you move on and you focus on other things that celebration does not sustain you for long But it is evidence that you are capable of growing and if the evidence says that you are capable of going from point a to point B In 50 years then the evidence is that you can start the path today to go from C to D Well, I think that's the that's where I see that You're going backwards behind a I I kind of disagree with you because I don't I am not saying that what you're saying is wrong I I do see the the successes and I do know that I'm capable of doing it But it's just it's hard to sit here and say well I know that in another five years.
