Bill Patrick brings over 25 years of experience working in the remodeling and home building industry with homeowners, subcontractors and employees. Bill started in the industry working summers as a builder to support his wintertime skiing aspirations. He quickly developed a knack in the remodeling industry and founded William J. Patrick, Inc., which he owned from 1989-2009. In this time he received numerous awards for design work including Remodeling Magazine's BIG 50 award for fine design. Bill was also named Remodeler of the Year by PA Builders Association in 2007 for his exemplary business practices and systems which he has brought to this team. In November in 2009 he became the Division Manager and Senior Designer EG Stoltzfus Homes in Lancaster, PA.
