Specifically, we will focus on the Southern California car culture and its related food scene. If you think about it, cars and comfort food have been paired together in Southern California for nearing 100 years! The goal of the show is to explore the history of the automobile and the development of the restaurant space. But we won’t stop there. Our hope is to delve into how automobiles changed our culture and affected daily living in Southern California. From drive-in restaurants to drive-in theaters, automobiles have made a huge impact on each of our lives. We’re excited to discuss what is happening in the classic car scene today and follow some of the latest trends in the restaurant sector and how the two worlds continue to be intertwined.
