Meanwhile, SpaceBorn will soon be rocketing a mini lab into low Earth orbit defined by NASA as 1,200 miles or less above our planet where in-vitro fertilization will occur. In this way, babies can be born off the planet to curb population growth on Earth. Another way to deal with an excess of humans will be the introduction of "Virtual Children."
