It is difficult to budget, keep up with runaway inflation, and live better lives. One of the core economic staples over the past 50 years for the U.S. and an anchor propping up the dollar’s reserve status, was a global financial system based on the petrodollar. Sorry to say but the petrodollar quietly died recently. This will accelerate global de-dollarization which in turn, will be a disaster for the U.S. economy as other countries are becoming bullish for gold.
