Pack a brolly and a hoodie.   Traffic NorthConnex M11, Normanhurst: Southbound at Pennant Hills Road — lane 1 closed, reduced speeds, and no southbound access from Pennant Hills Road to the M11. Use alternatives and allow extra time. Rosebery: Southern Cross Drive northbound near Galara St — crash cleared, but traffic remains heavy. Menangle: Hume Motorway southbound near Moreton Park Rd overpass — oversize vehicle breakdown cleared; residual delays.   Trains Blue Mountains and T1 Western Line maintenance: Buses replace trains between Lithgow and Mount Victoria. Trains between Mount Victoria and Central running to a changed timetable. Bathurst services altered. T1 Western Line running City to St Marys only on a changed timetable; change at Blacktown for buses to Blue Mountains stations. For NSW TrainLink coach connections at Lithgow, call 132 232 to confirm times. International Airport station: Lift between concourse and platform 2 out of service until 3 August. If you need lift access from the city, travel to Wolli Creek and return. Staff can assist with luggage via escalators. North Shore Line: Allow up to 10 minutes extra from the city due to earlier urgent repairs at Redfern. Stops may change and you may need to swap trains.
