Ep. 71 | Showing Up Authentically

Authenticity isn’t a performance. It’s a release. In this episode, Jules shares what turns out to be one of the biggest learnings she has made on this journey so far and that is the power and freedom of being authentically yourself. A misbelief she had was that being authenticity meant doing things right, sounding natural, choosing the right words, delivering value, and being honest in a polished way. And she genuinely thought she was being authentic. This guard was also present in other areas of life. Something that can easily be overlooked in anyone’s life but once it’s identified, there is no going back. This episode is a reflection on that awareness, and on what authenticity really feels like when we stop performing it and start allowing it.
