Peter Jarvis is a Florida-based fishmonger who’s worked in the sustainable seafood industry for over 30 years. His first business was Triar Seafood, a boutique wholesale company providing fresh fish and stone crabs via overnight delivery to chefs around the nation. Working with local day boat fisherman, Peter’s team hand selects only responsibly harvested seafood, filets and packages it for overnight shipping.
