Night Shyamalan in special Patreon exclusive episodes. Join hosts Jonathan Foster and Fil Freitas, as they follow M. Night into the world of B-Movies, supposedly. Inspired by such classics as The Birds and The Blob, M. Night subverted audience expectations to bring them a film about a whole new kind of terror... nothing at all! So, what really happened in M. Night Shyamalan's 2008 sci-fi / thriller, THE HAPPENING? With a cast that boasts Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, John Leguizamo, and Succession's Jeremy Strong and Alan Ruck, it was a murderers row of actors who can go either way on the "are they bad or good" scale forced to compete with one of the worst scripts yet. Not much may have been happening, but it surely was fun watching it happen. Even more fun when you have a look at M. Night fans seriously trying to defend it. To think this isn't even as bad as it gets... "An act of nature, and we'll never fully understand it."
